Diva Challenge #313: "Earth Day"

 

Die Herausforderung der Woche, die uns die „Diva“ diesmal gestellt hat: etwas anlässlich des „Earth Day“ zu tangeln, der am vergangenen Samstag stattgefunden hat. Ihr Vorschlag, der mir gut gefiel: einfach ein Stück Pappe aus dem Altpapier greifen und darauf tangeln. So habe ich es gemacht. Wahllos ein leeres Teepäckchen gegriffen, ein Stück davon herausgeschnitten und einen “love-string“ darauf angelegt.

This week our Diva Laura challenged us to create something to “honour our Mother Earth as a tribute to Earth Day which was this last Saturday.” I liked her suggestion just to grab a piece of cardboard from the waste paper and to tangle on that. I did it that same way, picked an empty tea packet, cut a piece from it and created a "love-string" on it.

 

 

 

 

Erst dann habe ich nachgeschaut, was eigentlich auf der Rückseite der Pappe war und konnte es kaum glauben! Und dann auch noch auf Deutsch und Englisch. Wenn das nicht passt.

Only then did I check what was actually on the back of the cardboard and could hardly believe it! That’s a fit!!

 

 

Und so sieht mein Ergebnis aus. Ich habe florale Muster verwendet und mich noch einmal an etwas Farbe getraut. Geht doch!

And these are my results look. I chose some floral patterns and dared again to use some colour.

    Liebe Henrike, da hast du ganz spontan den richtigen Karton zum Zeichnen genommen. Das passt wirklich wunderbar zum Thema. Dein love-string, die Auswahl der Tangles und die Farben finde ich wunderschön.
